Asian markets trading high

Asian markets were trading higher. Hong Kong's Hang Seng advanced 1.71% or 398.17 points at 23,667.31.

Japan's Nikkei rose 0.50% or 68.94 points at 13,983.51.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted gained 0.67% or 55.67 points at 8,341.98.

Singapore's Straits Times surged 1.15% or 35.26 points at 3,100.21.

South Korea's Seoul Composite shot up 0.24% or 4.10 points at 1,713.23.
